What is a Forged Wheel?

Forging is a precision manufacturing process where a solid piece of aerospace-grade aluminum is compressed under extreme pressure up to 10,000 tons to form a dense, high-strength wheel blank. This method eliminates porosity and enhances both strength and weight reduction, resulting in wheels that perform better under stress.
